ClientView for max efficiency:

Media buyers often look to their sheet of clients and review KPI’s to compare against today’s after manually pulling them, they then optimize if needed.

With ClientView, scrolling your client list is optional as you can look at tasks and see which accounts are out of KPI without having dig around.

If you prefer to use the list you may sort by lead cost or a metric and optimize accounts who have fallen out of a comfortable range.

Simplified Workflow:

  • Open ClientView

  • View Tasks Assigned to me

  • See all clients with high lead cost or back-end issues

  • Optimize clients

  • Done

Client notes:

Client on vacation? Account disabled? Pending launch? Coach requesting an adjustment?

Write a message in the client note, this way the organization is aware with what is happening with a particular client.
