Connect Ad Platforms

Before a user can start adding client ad accounts they must first connect their facebook or google profile. This profile must have management access to the desired client ad accounts they would like to track on the platform.

If you yourself do not have access, no worries! Invite the media buyer or team member who does, they can sign in with their account, connect their profile and add clients on their side.

To connect your social profiles:

  • Click "Add Client" from left hand menu

  • Click connect "Facebook" or "Google" or both

  • Each will prompt you to sign in with your profile and accept requested permissions

Once connected you will return back to ClientView, where now navigating back to "add client" will allow you to select ad accounts form your connected profile.
