Active Status

Overview:

Define wether a client is active, paused, off-boarded or deactivated. Doing so will hide the client from view until filtered specifically for clients with the selected status.

Status Types:

  • Active - Ads Live, Active Paying Client.

  • Paused - Owner is on vacation, sick, Out or pausing for short time frame

  • Deactivated - Ad account deactivated and needs to be fixed

  • Off-Boarded - No longer with company, ads off, stop tracking. (Delete)

How to change:

  1. Click the three dots "..." on client name

  2. Go to "Edit Client"

  3. Scroll to bottom -> Deactivate

  4. Select option, save.
